4.Excellent discharge device

Working Principle:
The coulter mixer is a single-shaft forced mixing device. The spindle is equipped with multiple sets of coulter agitators, and the misalignment is continuously installed. The structure avoids the stirring dead angle. During operation, the uninterrupted vortex centrifugation is generated. The force, the misaligned coulter continues to stir, and the vortex centrifuge material flow continuously overlaps and breaks up, causing the material to boil, circulate in parallel, and rapidly stir the material.
Agglomerated materials such as fibers or moisture-agglomerated, liquid-agglomerated powders, through the high-speed flying knife installed in the coulter mixer, combined with the convection circulation formed by the coulter mixer to stir the material, the agglomerated material Break up and separate.
The high-speed flying knife is installed on the side of the coulter mixer cylinder at a downward angle of 45 degrees, and the cutter head is inserted into the cylinder. When stirring, the material is driven by the coulter to the effective range of the flying knife, and is sheared by the flying knife at a high speed.
