The electric lifter hook is a necessary lifting tool for the cold-rolled sheet production workshop, storage and transportation warehouse of iron and steel products enterprises, as well as the working site using horizontal coil.
This sling has the following properties:
1. The electric coil lifting appliance is equipped with an independent remote control system. In the same workshop, 100 sets of lifting appliances are used at the same time, without mutual interference. At the same time, a set of operation buttons are installed in the driving cab;
2. The lifting appliance is equipped with two sets of independent transmission systems, the upper transmission system can make the hook body rotate horizontally + 90 ° or - 255 °, the lower transmission system can control the size of the hook body opening, and the two sides of the hook body are equipped with touch stop devices, which can reduce the hard extrusion of the steel coil. When the two sets of transmission systems are operated by the remote controller, the button switches can be interlocked;
3. The lower drive system is equipped with a drive sprocket. When the gear rack drive is overloaded, the sprocket of the torque limiter will produce friction slip, but the slip time should not be long, so as to protect the motor and ensure the safe and normal use of the sling;
4. The load-bearing parts of the spreader are made of alloy steel, which ensures the long service life of the crane;
5. The lifting appliance is equipped with a lubrication system, and an oil groove is milled in the lower groove of the sliding beam for lubrication during the expansion and contraction of the sliding beam. The gearbox of upper and lower transmission is equipped with oil hole and oil mark, and the gear transmission adopts manual adding grease.
