Crankshaft Grinding Machine(BL-MQ8260C*1600/1800)

The model is modified on the basis of MQ8260A, and intened for use in automobile, tractor diesel engine works and their repair shops to grind the journals and crankpins of crankshafts.
1. Three different work spees are obtainable by the use of the belts in the workhead. The cover of workhead can be opened so the belt can be changed conveniently
2. Cross swallow-tailed chuks are used in workhead and tailstock
3.Friction coupling is used in the headstock transmission chain for its easy adjustment
4. Single layer table,with an oblique angle of 10degree, longitudinal tranverse can be opreated either by hand or by power
5. Wheelhead rapid approach and withdrawal is effected through hydraulic means ca be digitally displayed at a resolution of 0.005mm
6.The wheel spindle being of 80mm in diameter has good rigidity and strength
7.Roller ways are for wheelhead movement
8.The bed ways and wheel head ways are lubricated in a automatic cycle by means of the oil pump.
9. Plastic coat is adhered to the bed way
10. Air cushion is used on the tailstock providing an easy adjustment, crosswise movement.
