China Crucible Blender Mixer Mixing Machine for Fusion Samples Flux

Flux mixer, also called crucible mixer or crucible blender, is mainly used to mix fusion samples and flux during fire assay. Mixing process can be started after pouring fusion samples and flux into crucibles, moving crucibles into flux mixer and closing sealing cover and protection hood.
The rotation of mixer is driven by gear motor, which enables material inside crucibles to rotate and flip and be fully and evenly mixed. And the worm gear reducing mechanism offers fast mixing time and adjustable mixing speed.
Product Characteristics:
· It can mix 5 - 50 samples at the same time, save mixing time and improve efficiency.
· The structure of the equipment is simple. The rotating turning plate is directly driven by the decelerating motor, so that the material can be rotated to and fro to achieve uniform mixing.
· The worm gear and worm deceleration mechanism is adopted, which has the characteristics of fast speed and short mixing time.
· It is equipped with safety door protection switch, which automatically stops when the door is opened by mistake, so as to avoid causing personal injury.
· It is equipped with human-machine interface to set the direction of selection, rotation speed.
· It is suitable for YAC0355/YAC0430 and other crucibles.
Note: With crucible Loader, the efficiency is higher and the operation is convenient.
