Production Process:

Cutting material:
High-end products: High-precision laser cutting machine, featuring: no cloak and burr, suitable for high-end equipment casings.
Mid-end products: It is recommended to use CNC punching machine and CNC shearing machine for operation. Suitable for large-volume, low-demand equipment enclosures.
Molding: It is produced by precision CNC bending machine to ensure the angle of the product and the assembly is seamless and straight.

Double door design with high quality hinges for freedom of opening and durability. Door locks can be conventionally used with mail box lock or bouncing lock.
The fastening screw head of each panel is hidden in the indentation to maintain the flatness and appearance of the surface of the chassis. Commonly used indentation have a size of 5.12mm and 26.27mm, and the general chassis adopts an indentation of 26.27mm.

The size, number and location of the vents can be customized to the power and position of the electronics in the chassis. If the chassis is used outdoor, it is recommended to use the rain cap type vent.

Each panel of the entire metal chassis adopts the disassembly mode, and can be fastened to the metal frame by using corresponding screws, which is convenient for installation and repair.

Package and Transportation

The package method of the metal enclosures is that whtie foam, plastic bag and export KAA carton which can protect the products from damage.
Each unit packed in one carton, can be printed with buyers' own trademarks. Customization of packing configuration is warmly welcomed.

Each package will be tested for collision to assure it is strong enough and won't have problem during the transportation.
