1.Can we printing our logo/website/company name /customized color on products?
Yes,we can,We need your /PSDAI file/JPEG/PDF/PNG pictures to make effectures.
If customized color,any colors do you want can be acceptable as long as you tell us the pantone color.
2.Can you offer a sample to check quanlity?
Of course,we offer a free sample but the shipiing fee should be paid by buyer.
3.Can you help us design a new pipe with own package as our require and make 3D pictures by yourself?
Yes.we can help you and please you provide idear and similar pictures as reference.
4.What packing about most products you may use?
Step 1: Use opp package and pvc/pet clear box packing products
Step 2: According to package size use different carton packing again
Step 3: Stuffed into the bubble cotton to protect package,and then use tape to wrap the carton.
5.How can I pay you?
1) Paypal/Western Union/T/T or place an order online
2) 30% deposit and 70% before shipping all goods out is acceptable for big order.
6.When will you ship order out?
1) Goods will be delivered as stated on the proforma invoice.If the goods enough in stock,we will ship it within 3-5 work days,custom color/printing/ new procucts will be ship after 20-30days.
2) UPS/DHL/EMS/FedEx/TNT or Deliver goods to your forwarder according to your requirement
3) The shipping cost depends different weight; We will choose the cheapest and safest way according your detail quantities;
4) Normally, it will take around 4--7days from China to destination country. Pls noted that some remote place will add more around 1-3days.
