Design support:
- Pre-study for part:when customers develop their new projects, we assist to pre-study part structure, to make our suggestion to customer for part structure. To avoid future demold issues.
- DFM report: after received customers' final data, we make DFM report for customers' approval. To define gate position, parting line position, slider, insert, lifter and so on .
- Moldflow: to analyse part warpage, venting, welding line and so on.
- 2D and 3D mould drawing: we will provide 2D and 3D mould drawings for customer approval before mould machining.
