Laser nozzle is a small part of the laser cutting machine, but it plays a very important role, the laser nozzle will have a great impact on the laser beam, the nozzle size allows only the beam through, can effectively avoid the work of possible problems.
We provide variety sizes and types nozzles with large quantity in stock. Single and double layer, different apertures, for 1064nm fiber laser and also have types for Co2 laser machine.

Which Nozzle I should use?
At present, the caliber of nozzle commonly is Ф1.0, Ф1.5, Ф.2.0Ф.2.5, and the reason why require different caliber nozzle is,
1. Thin plate: use a Ф1.5 nozzle, the cutting surface will be better. With the Ф2 nozzle also cutting but surface not so good, and the corners will be a bit melting.
2. Thick plates: Due to the high cutting power, and slower speed cutting, it will heat the steel sheet too much. With a 1.5 nozzle, the gas not enough to cool the steel and assistant the cutting, so it is not stable. With a nozzle of Ф2 or more, the high pressure gas will take the heat and slag.
There are double layer nozzles (Ф1.5, Ф2) and single layer nozzles (Ф1.5, Ф2.0):
Generally use the Double layer Nozzle for cutting carbon steel with Oxygen,
if carbon steel <3mm, you can use single layer Nozzle caliber 1.5mm,
for 3-12mm steel plate generally use double layer and caliber 2.0mm.
Generally, single-layer nozzle for stainless cutting,
1. Stainless steel Thickness<2mm, ues Single layer caliber 1.5mm,
2. Stainless steel Thickness>2mm, use Single layer caliber 2.0mm.
