Belt vacuum filtering machine with setting chamber, also called rubber belt vacuum filtering machine, is a kind of new, highly efficient and continuously operational solid-liquid separating equipment. Rubber Belt Vacuum Filtering Machine (later called "Rubber Belt Filtering Machine") adopts setting vacuum chamber, the rubber belt moves on vacuum chamber, and vacuum chamber and rubber belt form a structure of moving and sealing. Compared to moving vacuum filtering machine, it overcomes the disadvantage which is that moving vacuum filtering machine has to unload vacuum and consumes high energy. It in fact has realized continuous operation and filtering. The filtering, cleaning, residue unloading and filter fabrics cleaning during the production process can be done in order with the operation of rubber belt. Therefore the filtering efficiency has been improved and energy consumption has been lowered. The Rubber Belt Filtering Machine researched by our factory has been designed a circular friction belt that is sealed with water between vacuum chamber and rubber belt. The sealed water can be used as lubricant of sealing device and also a cooler, forming a very effective vacuum sealing; in respect of rubber belt supporting, it adopts air bag supporting or water film supporting, which is to have rubber belt floating on air bag or liquid film and can effectively reduce the friction resistance of rubber belt moving. In respect of the whole framework, it adopts removable framework structure that ensures the installation maintenance of circular rubber belt and maintenance of the whole equipment. It has been widely used in sectors such as metallurgy, mining, chemical engineering, paper making, food, pharmacy and environment protection.
