The automatic skiving and rolling combination cutting tool adopts full hydraulic expanding and shrinking mechanism, which can realize the automatic control of the whole process of expanding, processing, shrinking and returning, and it is convenient and reliable. For cold-drawn steel tubes, workpieces with diameter allowance less than or equal to 1 mm can be directly scraped and rolled. For hot rolled pipe material with diameter allowance more than 1mm, boring, scraping and rolling processing technology can be adopted to process the finished product with one time. The size of the scraping hole and the interference amount of the rolling can be adjusted individually. Around the scraper with floating soft guide keys, it can eliminate vibration and maintain good linearityaccording to the size of the scraping hole self-shrinking.
This tool is a new generation of automatic scraping and rolling combined tool introduced by our company in recent years. It adopts a fully hydraulic expansion and contraction mechanism to realize automatic control of the entire process of expanding, processing, retracting, and retracting, which is convenient and reliable.
DBR series hydraulic expansion and contraction scraping tools have the following characteristics:

At the same time, 3 groups of scraper blades are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction, which can realize a large single-revolution feed, and the single-revolution feed can reach 0.6- 2 mm.
4. The size of the scraping aperture and the rolling interference during rolling can be fine-tuned separately. There is a floating soft guide key around the scraper, which expands and shrinks to the wall according to the size of the scraping aperture, eliminating vibration and maintaining good linearity.
