Degotone ™Standard Options Degotone perforated plasterboard contributes to aesthetics and excellent acoustics. The range features three contemporary perforation patterns, each with different percentages of open area providing a range of acoustic performance. The three non-flexible Degotone plasterboards are supplied at a size of 1200mm x 2400mm x 12.5mm for acoustic walls and ceilings. Unlike standard plasterboard, all four edges of the 12.5mm thick Degotone perforated plasterboard products are recessed to make flush jointing quicker and easier with the normal tape and three coat jointing system

1.2 Degotone™ seamless

Degotone perforated plasterboard is a superior and modern acoustic solution that delivers a monolithic design due to its edge to edge pattern layouts. The Degotone range combines functionality and aesthetics in the modern design of ceilings. Integrating lighting, ventilation systems, loudspeakers and such is straightforward and simple. Due to the variety of perforation sizes and patterns, board dimensions vary slightly but are nominally l 200mm x 2400mm x 12.5mm. The edges of Degotone boards are square cut and pre-primed for a unique installation method using ready-mixed Rigitone Filler, creating a continuous, seamless finish.
1.3Perforated acoustic gypsum ceiling
Degotone™ Perforated ceiling tile Perforated Ceiling Tiles are squared edged, 13mm thick and available as 600mm x 600mm tiles to suit common exposed grid systems. The acoustic properties of the tiles are achieved by a regular grid of 6mm, full depth holes to approximately l 0% of the panel area. This, combined with suitable insulation, provides a medium level of sound absorption to reduce echoes and reverberation. The edges of the tiles are cut square to suit exposed grid ceiling systems. The white vinyl facing is easy to clean.
