2) The spiral bandaging method is used for banding parts with little difference in body thickness, such as upper arm and lower thigh. When bandaging, first make 2 ~ 3 loops of bandage, and then wind the bandage diagonally, each loop covering 1/2 ~ 1/3 of the previous loop;
3) The reversal spiral bandaging method is used to band parts with large differences in body thickness, such as forearms, calves, and thighs. When bandaging, first do 2 ~ 3 rounds of bandage, press the upper edge of the bandage with your left thumb, fold the bandage downward, wrap it back and tighten the bandage, fold it once per circle, and press the previous one 1/2 ~ 1/3 of the circle, the reflexion should not be on the wound or bone process;
4) The figure-eight bandaging method is used to bandage joints such as elbows, knees, and ankles.
