China Degreasing Tank for Cgl Cgi Pppl CPL

Function: It is used to clean up residue acid on surface of strip that came out of pickling line.
Structure: This unit is also arranged at elevated platform of this line. Level of strip passing line is approximately 3.2m. The whole rinsing tank is divided into five stages, which are connected in cascade. A pair of squeegee rolls is separately arranged between each section of rinsing tank, and two pairs of squeegee rolls are arranged at exit side, so as to minimize rinsing water remained on strip surface after strip came out of rinsing tank.
