Can I purchase direct from Haiyue?

If you are a commercial furniture dealer you may contact our Sales Department about how to become an authorized dealer.

Haiyue also sell direct to the general public.

How do I place an order?

We must receive a formal purchase order on your company's form or letterhead. Submit either by fax, to +86 (0757) 8650-5034 or email us at haiyuesales03(at)hotmail.com.

What is my lead time?

Within 24 hours of placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact Customer Service at +86 (0757) 8650-5035

Lead time is based on the types of your order.

--Sample order ( few items ): 10-15 working days upon receipt of official PO.

--Trial Order ( 20’GP X1 ): 20-30 working days upon receipt of official PO.

--Mass production ( 40’HQ X1 or more ): 30-45 working days upon receipt official PO.

How do I track my order?

In the process of new order, Haiyue sales will keep to check up and update with you details about production and shoot producing photos to you. You also can check the information by calling Customer Service at +86 (0757) 8650-5035.

By T/T, 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before loading.

How do I order a sample?

Full sample payment before production, then our sales will assist you to ship the sample by DHL, or TNT or Ups, etc. Normally, few piece items’ volume is less than 1 cubic meter, shipping by air is the most efficient way compared with the hassle shipping by sea.
