Our "LQ" series diamond wire saw machine with detailed features of:
1. PLC and two inverters allows varied linear speed range from 0-40m/s.
2. Angle adjustment from 0-360 degree, which allows any direction cuting.
3. Horizontal extension system makes it possible for two parallel cuts.
4. Automatic constant tensioning system keep the wire always under best working condition and greatly enhance the working life of the diamond wire.
5. Quick backward, greatly improve the working efficiency.
6. Safety stop in case of wire breakage or other faults
7. Independent control panel, which is safe and easy for the operators.
Remarks:
1. Schneider or Siemens inverters is available as per customer's requirements.
2. Standard power supply is 3-phases, 380Volts, 50Hz, other types could be ordered by customer.
3. We are in a position to design the Wire Saw Machines as per customer special requirement.
