Dimenidazole belongs to antiprotozoal drugs and has broad-spectrum antibacterial and antiprotozoal effects. Not only can it resist anaerobic bacteria, Vibrio coli, streptococcus, staphylococcus and treponema, but also can resist histotrichomoniasis, ciliates, amoeba, etc.
Medicine interactions
Can not be combined with other antihistonia drugs.
Function and Use
Antiprotozoal drugs. Used for swine treponema dysentery and avian histotrichomoniasis.
Usage and Dosage
based on this product. Mixed feeding: 1000-2500 g for pigs and 400-2500 g for chickens per 1000 kg of feed.
Adverse reactions
Chickens are more sensitive to this product, and large doses can cause balance disorders and liver and kidney function damage.
Precautions
1. It cannot be used in combination with other antihistonia drugs.
2. Chickens should not be given drugs continuously for more than 10 days.
3. Banned during laying hens.
