YW series Dissolved Air Flotation is mainly for solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation. Large sum of micro bubbles produced by dissolving and releasing system adhere to solid or liquid particles with same density as waste water to make the whole float to the surface thus achieve the aim of solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation.

Structure:
YW Dissolved Air system is composed of Air Dissolving System(dissolved air pump,air compressor ,dossolved air tank, releaser etc.),air flotation tank, scraping system(foam scraper reducer, chain,scraping board etc).
Product Performance:
1.The DAF machine relies on a large number of micro-bubbles to remove the flocculation of the adhesion reaction,so the flocculayion requirements are not high ,which can reduce the flocculation time and save the flocculation agent.
2.High yield per unit area,small pool capacity and floor area,saving land and cost.
3.Convenient sludge discharge ,low water consumption;low moisture content of sludge.
4.Shallow tank body depth ,simple tank structure .The machine can be opened and stopped at any time according to the situation and the actual needs,without affecting the water quality ,easy operation and maintenance.
Applications:
1.Separation of oily(including emulsified) wastewater from petroleum, chemical and mechanical processes.
2.Recovery of sewage organic matter.(such as recovery of pulp fibers and fillers from paper mill wastewater).
3.Treatment of wastewater with high chroma and low dissolved oxygen.Such as textile printing and dyeing wastewater treatment .
4.Treatment of oxide-rich wastewater containing algae.
5.Treatment of low temperature and low turbidity sewage.
6.Replace secondary sedimentation tank, suitable for the situation that is easy to produce sludge swelling;It is suitable for the concentration of residual activated sludge and convenient for the treatment of filter press.
Instructions:
1.Punning foundation before installation .Block up 100-150mm with concrete mortar or choose overhead installation ,make sure the foundation can bear the weight of the equipment in operation.
2.The horizontal should be adjusted when the equipment is in position.
3.Sewer is needed for the discharge of water in cleaning air floating pond.Open channel or pipeline connected to the regulating reservoir is ok.
4.The pipeline which links sewage entrance and reaction tank should be short (the shorter,the better) in order to avoid the damage of flocculants.
5.The clean water entrance can be connected with sewer ,or be connected with the next treatment equipment if necessary.
6.Sludge exit can be connected with sludge tank or sludge treatment equipment.
7.Electrical cabinet should be placed around the staircase,keep the environment clean.
