Hot Tapping Procedure :
* install the hot tapping fitting (pipe saddle) on the pipeline
* the block flange plate are attached to the pipe saddle for the pressure test
* disassemble the block flange plate if no leakage found during the pressure test
* install the sluice valve and valve opened
* attach the hot tapping machine to the sluice valve
* drill through the pipeline automatic
* drill withdrawn and close the sluice valve .
* remove the hot tapping machine from sluice valve .
