The equipment is specially designed and researched on the basis of enhancement of truss deck welding stability, reduce the size and enhance the production efficiency. It's composed of conveyor roller, resistance welding machine (including cooling system) and control system etc. And it's mainly applied in the steel bar truss girder and galvanized or steel plate welding in the construction machinery industry, to assist the production of steel truss girder welding line. The control pattern adopt a combination of manual partly and automation: the stuff puts steel plate and truss in position and welds the first point, then equipment completes automatically the push of steel plate an truss then welds all the parts. Characteristics:
