1. The full set machine is made of twosets main motors, two cylinders and one layer die head, feeding by two cylinders. Extruding with one die head one traction and rewinding device , it can improve the quality of striped film by adopting with one traction and one rewinding device.
2. The screw stem and cylinder ate made of 38CrMoAl high quality alloy steel after fine finishing and nitrided treatment, which has high hardness,strong resistance to corrosion, durable service.
3. The die head is plated with hard chrome ,of screw mandrel type structure with even and smooth discharging, the blownplastic film has fine finishing ,the blower is of labyrinth structure with even air output.
4. The coiling unit adopts pressutre friction rewinding or center rewinding , which is driven bytorque motor , with even and smooth rewinding and easy roll changing.








This machine is used for blowing HDPE LDPE LLDPE film. Products are widely used in compound film, packaging film, agricultural film, farbrics, cloth bag and etc. The main motor is equipped with inverter to adjust speed and increase stability.
Besides, this machine can save 30% electricity compared with normal machines. The screws & barrels are made in 38 chrome molybdenum aluminium with Nitriding treatment. There traction unit is flexible with the help of up and down traction, making a better cooling effect in blowing film.
