Double Row Cylindrical Roller Bearing (N, NJ, NU) (NN3056K)
Description:
Cylindrical roller bearings mainly used in all kinds of engine industry, including electrical engine, machine tool, oil, rolling mill loading and unloading machine and so on.
Cylindrical roller bearing belongs to disjunctive bearings, which is very convenient both for loading and unloading. It can be divided into following type: Single row, double row and four row cylindrical roller bearings.
According to the difference of ferrule block, single row cylindrical roller bearings can be separated as N series, NU series, NJ series, NF series, and NUP series and so on. Meanwhile, cylindrical roller bearings also have a high capacity of enduring radial load, it can also endure certain amount of unilateral or bidirectional axial load.
Double row cylindrical roller bearings as NN series and NNU series always with features of compact structure, high rigidity, high carrying capacity, very small distortion even with heavy load, so it mainly used as the supporting of principal axis of machine tool. FC series, FCD series and FCDP series four row cylindrical roller bearings have high carrying capacity of radial load, so it mainly in these heavy machine as rolling mill and so on.
1. Single row application:
Cement preparation equipment: Such as shredders, vertical milling machine, ball mill and mill; Conveyor drives; Gearbox, -aligning pillow block bearings; Ear axis, rotary kiln and so on.
Power generation equipment: Such as grinding machines, gear boxes and gear devices.
Oilfield Equipment: Drunk pumps, winches, swivel, pulley hook, fixed pulley, pulley and the top drive and so on.

Full complement cylindrical roller bearings are designed to withstand the heavy loads. In the same width, this bearing compared to traditional bearing with bearing cage, a high carrying capacity, radial cross section is small, it can save space, but the speed is relatively low.
