1. Working principles:
Double Screw Cone Mixer is short for the cantilever Double Screws Cone Mixer. It is suitable for the solid -liquid, solid-solid materials mixing.
The material barrel of the cone mixer is an inverted cone, in which two non-symmetrical upgrading screws are equipped. When the screw rotates, it will produce a lfting force to make the material to the upper of the barrel, and aggregates in the depression then falls down to fill up the vacancy.
2. Uses:
Double Screw Cone Mixer is widely used in chemical, food, building materials, rare earth, food, pesticides and dye production industry.
3. Structure of the double screw cone mixer:
(1)Motor: It is the power source for rotation.
(2)Spindle Wheel Swinging Reducer:
It outputs the revolution speed and autorotation speed.
(3)Cylinder Cover:
The cylinder cover supports the whole transmission components, and there are many holes in it for feeding, observing, cleaning and repairing.

The transmission system consists of the above three parts(4---6): The main transmission box, rotation arm and transmission head. Depending on the motor and the speed reducer, the rotation arm is able to rotate and the two asymmetrical spirals could rotate and revolve.

The long and short spirals rotate and revolve through the main transmission box, so as to mix materials fastly and uniformly.
(8)Conical Clylinder:
The cylinder is conical structure to storage materials.
(9)Discharge Valve:
This part is used to discharge materials.
