Conveyor Pulley Ceramic Drum Lagging for Drive Rollers

Ceramic rubber lagging is specially suited for pulleys where slippage and excessive wear and tear problems make normal rubber lagging ineffective. The alumina ceramic tiles help in proper grip of the under wet, muddy or any other such arduous conditions.
Our ceramic lagging features:
Durable adhesion. CN layer peel strength: > 12 kN/m
Exceptional performance in wet, muddy, or dry conditions.
The service life of ceramic lagging is up to 3~5 times longer than that of traditional rubber laggings
We have 2 standard types of ceramic lagging, DB-TC-I and DB-TC-II. Diamond and plain rubber lagging are also available. Different design to suit your unique enviroment. Details as below:
