TF series cable wire recycling machine is used for recycling waste household communication cables, car cables,motor cables and other industrial cables. The machine mainly includes crushing and separating,and it also has high efficiency dust collecting system to get clearly copper pellet and plastic pellet.

TF-800 (capacity:600-800kg/h) is complete processing line for copper wire recycling which is applicable for large size factory. It includes first crusher, second shredder,separator and dust collector. It can deal with larger size scrap cooper cables with higher efficiency.
1.Adopts dry separation equipped with dust collecting system.So the working area will be clean and there will be no pollution surrounding environment.
2.The whole process is controlled by PLC control box with one press on the button it will start or work.Very easy to operate.
3.Easy commissioning.For processing wires in different diameter, just change the screen size and adjust the force of blower and height of baffle in the vibrator.
4.The machine is mounted on one base, convenient to move.
5.At the outlet part we will equip it with small vibrating tables.Copper purity will be double ensured

1.Frist Crusher: This is double shaft crusher to cut raw materials(cables) to small pieces before they enter second shredder.
2.Second Shredder: The shredder cut the crushed cable to small pellet.
3. Vibrating separator: Crushed copper and plastic go through this vibrator and be separated.
4.Copper pellet exit: Clean copper pellet go out of this outlet.
5.Plastic pellet exit: Clean plastic pellet go out of this outlet.
6.Small vibrator table: For copper and plastic pellet second separating.
