1) Sourcing and Quotation(free): Send the product links or the photos of those you have interested. We will source the same products from 1688.com factories and send you the all included costlist;
2) Samples Collecting (free): We can collect the samples from various suppliers so that the dropshippers can check and compare to get the right supplier;
3) Inspection (free): A video talk will be arranged that we can check the goods together with our clients.
4) Branding: Branding with no moq! Branding on the samples!
5) Photography: Make some unique photos and videos with your logo on the samples.
6) Purchasing (free): We will buy from 1688 factories on your behalf, even from 1pc.
7) Warehousing (2-months free): Prepare your stocks in our warehouse, to speed up the delivery.
8) Packing and Repacking: To make your goods safe, to make your goods special.
9) Blind Delivery: No stuffs in Chinese, no factory ads material, as expected.

We charge $0.70/pc to $1.20/pc for all the dropshpping orders less than 2kgs.

The unit cost depends on the weekly orders as below:
$1.20/pc for weekly orders less than 100 pieces;
$1.00/pc for weekly orders between 100-399 pieces;
$0.70/pc for weekly orders above 400 pieces.

For example, a client got some orders in a week that totally reaches 100pcs. The service charge on the orderlist will be $1.00/pc,in total $100. If the order quantity reaches 400pcs during the next week, the total service charge will be $0.70*400=$280.

Seller's option: In case there's a small wholesale order, or any dropshipping order more than 2kgs, we will have the right to charge 5% of the total cost of the parcel.
For example: the parcel cost plus the freight is totally $50, we will charge for $50*5%=$2.50.

Buyer's option: once there're parcels less than 100 grams, the buyer has the right to choose the option to be charge 5% of the total cost.
For example: a small parcel of the bracelet is 100g and the product plus freight cost is totally $5, the service charge can be $0.25 for this parcel.

Fully Refund: 1) Wrong products, broken products, defective products with requested proofs;2) No updated information for 30 days from the tracking number applied;3) Returned from China custom or forwarder's warehouse;4) Delivered to a wrong address that is different as the buyer provided.No Refund: 1) The buyer provided a wrong address;2) The buyer changes the idea;3) Parcel shown delivered but the buyer didn't get it;4) Non-delivery as the postman can't reach the buyer by phone and nobody in home;5) The buyer refuses to pick up the parcel when:a. non-contact delivery provided by the local post;b. delivery failed since the buyer can't be reached in home or by phone.Requested Proof: When there's a wrong/broken/defective product received, the forwarder requires the "PROOF" below to refund the freight:1) The photo of the product;2) The delivery note on the package with the tracking number shown;3) The product and the tracking needs to be in the same photo clearly.Don't Return!Never return when you dropship from China. Due to the high tarrif and the tax, no parcels will be accepted even it returned from the buyer. The returning will always be a waste.Even we refund the parcel, the parcel is suggested to donate to any others need it, if the buyer don't want to keep it.Procession Details
Period 1 - Buying products from the factories: (We can provide all kinds of goods but we are not the factory of any of them)1-4 working days when there's stocks from the factory. Depends on where the factory located.--We will always choose the closed supplier to get the products earlier.--A tracking number can be traced with the date of delivery, in Chinese.--Need to confirm earlier if there's stocks in the market, especially at the busy season.Period 2a - Fulfill in our warehouse: (Start from here if there's stocks arranged in our wareouse)Normally 1 working day, except:- Need to customize or personalize the product, package;- Need to consolidate with other products or repack.Period 3a - Sending to the forwarder's warehouse:(Stated delivery period from the forwarders can be seen in the costlist we quoted)1 days arrival as normal.Period 4a - Sending from the forwarder's warehouse to the final buyer:The processions: -The parcel received and scanned by the forwarder;-Passed the custom and get into the flight;-Arrived the destination airport and clear the custom;-Transhipped to the local post system;-Scanned and attemp to deliver by the local post;-Delivered.Period 2b - Prepack the parcels (for 3PL warehouse only)1 working day.-All the products need to be packed into an intransparent bag and the sku label should be sticked on it.Period 3b - Shipping from China to 3PL warehouse:30-40 days shipping by sea, or 7-10 days by air.-Custom cleared.Period 4b - Sending from local 3PL warehouse to the final buyer:(Start from here if there's stocks arranged in this overseas warehouse)-The local post service pick up the parcels from the 3PL warehouse;-Scanned and delivered.Contact
