China EPS Cornice Ceiling Moulding for Interior Decoration

EPS building material is compounded by HIGH IMPACT B1 grade fireproof polystyrene, paste alkali resisting fiberglass mesh and special bonding outer protective layer.
EPS building material as a new exterior wall decorative material can fully replace traditional GRC building material. It is suitable to be installed on outer wall EPS and XPS heat insulation walls, reflecting European, classic and elegant decorative styles and avoiding cold and heat bridge effect of main building outer walls. It especially fits hight-rise buildings', European style which has difficulty in cements components installation, long construction period, cracks after long time and poor durability. Because of the advantage of its convenient installation, economy and long durability. EPS mouldings is widely use in the residences, villas, hotels, shops, markets, clubs and renovation of old building etc.

The advantage for EPS moulding:
1/ save labor cost, save production and installing time, save material cost, it is easy to transportation and easy to install, it need only less worker to install than GRC
2/ light weight, easy to move from the project place. And it is very safe during the installing on the high place. It is no any dangerous for human beings once fall off from the high wall. But GRC moulding is very heavy, and not easy to move, terrible dangerous during installing outside place. And EPS moulding is installing stability, it can not drop or fall off for more than 30years. But GRC is different, which is easy to break.
3/ without crack between two moulding joint, waterproof, to prevent water seepage. No heat expansion and cold contraction. But GRC can not make size correct, and it is easy to crack from the joint, easy to rust, water leaping when its raining.
4/ any design can be made according to customers, and precision size according to customers drawing. Easy to cut into any size.
5/ it is using HIGH IMPACT POLYSTYRENE, it has strong impact resistance
6/ it is better to slove the problem of HEAT BRIDGE EFFECT for external wall insulation ,specially to avoid the window joint become mildewed because of the high temperature ,moisture and heat.
