1. Simple mechanical structure: (providing synchronization, no lubrication required)
a. Double-column and rack-and-pinion synchronization structure is adopted in the frame structure.
b. The guide sleeve is made of oil-free graphite copper sleeve, which can move freely without oil.
2. Convenient operation: (self-equipped feet, easy to install)
a. The open mechanical structure is adopted, and the maintenance and mold replacement are very convenient;
b. The machine adopts independent landing machine feet. The customer does not need to configure the installation foundation, and can be directly placed on the reinforced concrete floor.
3. Numerical control: (numerical)
The electric balance valve control method is adopted to make the pressure control more precise. All pressure adjustments can be set on the touch screen to digitize the operation.

Remarks: The equipment comes with a core mold steam chamber. Customers can match the steam chamber to reduce the cost of mold opening according to their own needs..
