ESD Soft Booties are adopting electrostatic dissipative material with PVC for sole, make together with upper and then suture to make it more durable.
Upper:
1. ESD control fabric, 5 mm gird/ strip and 2.5 mm grid is available;
2. Custom design, sizes, colors and printed logo are available
Sole:
1. Composition: Custom synthetic polymer;
2. Durable, non-particulating, flexible, light and tough;
3. Sterilization Compatibility: Autoclave & Gamma radiation;
4. Size available: XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL
Features:
Surface Resistance: 10^6Ω~10^9Ω
Area of discharge: All parts of the sole area dissipate static electricity including the arch of the foot.
Our ESD shoes discharges static electricity regardless of foot position (e. G. Walking/seated or standing)
Climate: Our ESD system is weather proof and footwear
Can be worn outdoors whatever the conditions.
ESD standard: Complies with EN100015 and IEC 61340-5-1
