1.Are you factory directly?

Yes, We are factory directly, our factory located in Tianjin city, North of China, very close to Beijing, there’s Tianjin Binhai International Airport, 1 hour to our factory by car. Welcome to visit us!

2.Can I mixloading differerence models in one container?

Yes, We accept customer mixload some models in one container, but each model has to reach MOQ 100 pcs in one color.

3.Do you provide sample and after-service?

Sure, we could sample for free for our normal items before order. For our item, the warranty should be 1 year, after that we can offer you some parts with normal charging.

4.Can I ask my own design item?

Yes, we accept customized items, we have our own development and specilaized sample team to support pre-sample.

5.How long is the lead time for mass production?

For regular metal chairs, lead time is 30-35days; for regular wood chairs, it is 45-60days. For the new items, the lead time will be a little longer for the first order, but for future orders, the lead time will come regularly.

6.How about the LCL order and FCL order?

LCL means that the amount quantity of the order can’t reach a full 20ft container. The order term is EX-works (EXW), we just provide the products as the order, but no responsible for any other process of the trading.
