Application
Our Gantry sawmilluse for the log cutting (oak, teak, pine, rosewood etc).
Main advantage is high precision, small saw kert.
Compared with the tradition vertical band saw, it can save 4-5mm material after cutting the wood.
Also can directly sanding after drying, no need to use the moulder.
For the worker operation, also will be more safe.
Advantage
1. Machine Lathe : use 10mm thick plate massiveness square tube welding and heat treatment

2. Lifting system : we use the Taiwan ABBA high precision lead screw and the Germany Rexroth sliding block

3. Saw wheel : we produce by ourselves instead of outsourcing, use high hardness rolled steel and

go through ten steps process (laser cutting, heat-treatment etc.)

4. Heavy bearing device : saw wheel use NSK heavy release bearing

5. Saw wheel tension oriented : use Germany Rexroth guide strip slide

6. Control panel : use the Delta controller and Siemens button

7. Electric device : use Delta PLC, Siemens / Schneider contactor / thermorelay

8. Guide rail: use Germany Rexroth45# heavy guide rail, single sliding block can bear 5 tons weight
