When the buyer requests for business to be performed as CKD, we shall require a MOQ to be 200 pieces or above of electric vehicle, moreover, each model shall not be less than 200 pieces.
OEM or ODM Request
In case of the buyer would request for business to be performed as OEM and ODM, we shall request for a MOQ to be 200 pieces or above of the electric vehicle,moreover, each model shall not be less than 200 pieces.

MOQ, we shall request 5 pcs of each complete bike.

Delivery time
Please allow one week for small quantity of all e-bikes preparation, otherwise, the buyer shall consult contact online for large order quantity.

Terms Of Payment
Payment should be settled by Telegraphic Transfer terms, 30% down payment in advance with order placement, 70% to be paid upon cashier's check before shipment, A scanned copy of bank receipt, each payment fixed by the buyer,should be sent to Luyuan in priority. Or, a sole irrevocable LC at sight.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
This warranty is limited to Luyuan Electric Vehicle products sold upon invoice date. The seller shall prepare and send original consumable parts and accessories between 1% and 2% from total goods value by buyer's request, free of charge.
Please refer to the following warranty on major parts,
Motor / Charger / Controller......1 year
Li-ion battery kit........2 years
Lead acid battery kit........6 months
Not Covered by This Limited Warranty
· Normal wear and tear, such as but not limited to fading of painted or plated surfaces, sheet peeling and other natural deterioration.
· Damage caused by a lack of maintenance.
· Consumable parts: Luyuan does not warrant deterioration of the following unless needed as a part for another warranted repair: tires, inner tubes, lost or broken keys, battery, light bulbs, and chain.
· Damages caused by accidental or improper installation or storage.
· Exposure of the product to chemical agents, bird droppings, sea water, sea breeze or salt.
· Improper repair or maintenance.
· Damage caused by water ingestion, submersion, or external water damage.
· Items not supplied by Luyuan, such as, but not limited to, external wiring, modifications, etc.
· The use of non-genuine Luyuan parts and accessories.
