The partition wall system is suitable for cleanrooms in electronics, aerospace and military industry as cladding for civil walls, columns and return air shafts. The system is composed of two major parts: frame support system and sandwich panels. The frame support system is flexibly designed, providing a vertical, controlled whole supporting surface. Repeated dismantling and assembly can be achieved without doing damage to the materials, the system is also available for cleanroom structure with adjustment requirements. This system adopts the structure combination of column cover and PVC cover strip. There are no screws and other fixings on the finished surface. The system can be perfectly sealed without silicone.
The main components in the frame support system are C-type steel, connected with each other by angle steel, which not only guarantees joint strength between each component, but makes no use of screws or bolts or any other kinds of fasteners, achieving the effect of exterior flatness and spotless without any bumps. It meets the requirements of the electronics industry for cleanroom wall panel partition structure.
