China Electronic UV Accelerated Aging Test Chamber

The UV ageing test chamber stimulates dew and rain with consideation for humidity and/or water spray equipped with a fluorescent UV lamp which can completely simulate the UV spectra of sunlight, exposes materials to alternating cycles of UV light and moisture at controlled, elevated temperatures.
It's most widely used to test types of damages outside that need several months or several years reapear, damages include colour change, gloss loss, chalking, cracking, crazing, hazing, blistering, strength loss and oxidation, the machine only need several days or several weeks. The source adopts 8 pieces of UV lamps of 40W as the light source.
The lamps are distributed on the two sides of machine. It makes the material damages under the sun (UV), rain (spray) reapear fastly and truly.

Application: paints, coating & inks, plastic, printing package, aluminium material, adhesive, auto & motorcycle, cosmetic, metal, electronic, electroplate, pharmaceuticals and so on.

1. UV aging test machine can do two kinds of testing: aging and anti-yellowing.
2. Aging: the machine can promote the increase of sulfur rubber deterioration, to calculate the change rate of tensile and elongation before and after heat. It's generally thought that test for one day at 70°C, in theory as exposed to the atmosphere for 6 months.
3. Anti-yellowing: the machine stimulate the atmosphere environment, driven by the sun ultraviolet radiation. It's generally thought that the appearance change at 50°C for 9 hours, in theory as exposed to atmosphere for 6 months.

Delivery, installation, commissioning
1. Delivery time: After the contract is signed, the advance payment will be within one month. A set of information to the customer system, including product qualification certificate, factory acceptance report, technical schematic, instruction manual, circuit diagram, partial installation dimension drawing, software CD and so on.
2. Delivery method: The supplier is responsible for free transportation to the designated location of the buyer, and the buyer is responsible for lifting and equipment.
3. Installation and commissioning: The supplier is responsible for completing the location at the buyer's designated location.
Technical training
1. Describe in detail and demonstrate the functionality and operation of the system.
2. Use 2-3 users to conduct on-site technical explanations and operation instructions to the acquirer until the trainee is fully in control.
