1. Application
This Filter is used for the copper rod breakdown machine, the function is filtering the copper power of
the emulsion oil. The design is refer to European technology, the special water flow design reduces
the impact on the filtering cloth. The cloth moving controlled by motor automatically, the S.S mesh is
very convenient for using, so as to guarantee the copper rod wire drawing quality

9)The filtering oil will return to the main emulsion oil tank/pool.

4. The supply scope
The machine is a whole structure as the picture, the manufacture will provide the main filtering
machine, motor, and connection flanges. The customer should prepare : 1) Cable should be
connected to the machine electric box 2) The emulsion oil reflux pipe 3) filtering cloth
5. The guarantee period
The Warranty period is 1 year, not including the quick-wear part.
