Box
The insulation panel is double layer high quality steel plate filled with polyphenylene foam or polyurethane material, the frame is made of plastic steel profile (2000m cubed /h above is aluminum alloy profile), there are good sealing measures between the panel and the frame, the air leakage rate of the unit is not more than 3%.Ultra-thin unit box made of galvanized steel plate.The outer surface is cleaned, chemically treated and sprayed with electrostatic plastics.Rubber and plastic sponge is used for insulation.
Filter
The unit is equipped with a clean plate filter.The filter can be pumped from the air inlet of the unit to facilitate future maintenance.
Heat exchanger
The copper tube string double flanged corrugated aluminum fin structure is used in heat exchanger, the scientific sheet distance and the waterway travel, the good processing technology makes the heat exchanger has the advantages of high heat transfer coefficient, low water resistance, light weight and long service life.All coils are subject to 2.76MPa leakage test in the factory.
