Energy Saving Ball Mill

Scope:
Tube mill is used in cement production to grind various materials that include air-scanning mill system for raw materials grinding in a new and dry cement production line, end-discharging and lifting circulating mill system, middle-discharge and lifting circulating and drying mill system, first circulation system of cement grinding and pre-grinding system of roller press.
Working principle:
Material is fed to the rough grinding chamber in the mill through the chute of feeding device. Grinding medium of large size impacts on the material and then material is crushed. Fines go into the fine grinding chamber through double partition. It is further impact and ground by the grinding medium of small size. Production of required fineness flows through the discharging pipe and is discharged from the discharging device. It is separated in the separator. Cold air flows in the mill to reduce the temperature inside. Fine powder is conveyed out of the mill to guarantee the product quality and improve the grinding efficiency.
