Main Features:
1. Resistor butt welding process is simple, the amount of shortening of welded parts is little, and the burr is few, it is beneficial to simplify the following process.
2. With in-house online automatic head-making mechanism mounted at the left and right ends of the machine for convenient head-making for the material.
3. Vertically pressurizing by three levels is used for welding stability for the product.
4. Pressurizing speed to the electrode can be freely adjusted to relieve shock to the welded parts, noise is also relieved.
5. Upper and lower insulation is used for the secondary inductive portion, adhering of iron slag can be avoided, short circuit accident can be avoided also when welding parts to mount the bottom base.
6. Low impedance design is used forTimer & Counter the transformer, high quality conductive material is used for the secondary circuit. Internal loss is reduced, bigger welding current is derived from little input.
