With the improvement of people's living standards, the enhancement of environmental protection awareness and the continuous improvement of relevant laws, environmental protection universal inks, especially the products with high temperature resistance cooking property, have been paid more and more attention. For this reason, we have developed TDD series of new environment-friendly non benzene, ketone free one liquid gravure composite ink, which further enhanced the various properties of the original product, and made considerable efforts in the price. In the cost-effective, printing efficiency has been greatly improved, please use, evaluation.
1, Product performance and characteristics:
(1)The diluent is n-propyl ester, isobutyl ester, ethyl acetate, isopropanol or n-propanol as the main diluent, which can ensure the hygiene of the working environment.
(2)It is suitable for printing BOPP, pet, NY film soft packaging products.
(3)It has stable adhesion fastness and compound adaptability.
(4)The printing effect is good, especially for the high gloss part.
(5)There is little residual solvent in the printed matter, which can be used to print packaging materials with complex environmental protection requirements.
(6)It has superior printing adaptability, does not produce imprint roller dirty, fog plate, paste plate and other phenomena, and because it is a single component, it can get stable printing effect.
2, Applicable film and Application
It is used for OPP, PT cellophane, K coating film, PET, Nylon.
3, Other physical properties
(1). Physical properties of printed matter
Adhesion: This product is suitable for OPP, pet, NY films and has good adhesion fastness.
Residual solvent: the product has very low residual solvent, which can be applied to food packaging with high hygienic requirements.
Scratch resistance: TDD series ink has good scratch resistance. Usually no special treatment is required.
(2) Composite properties
TDD series inks can be used for extrusion compounding (including extrusion glue), dry compounding and solvent-free dry compounding, and can obtain stable composite strength and high heat sealing strength.
4, Precautions
(1) Benzene and ketone solvents are not added in the formulation of this product, but due to the influence of environmental factors in the production process, benzene and ketone solvents can not be completely eliminated. Therefore, this series of ink benzene, ketone solvent content less than 1% for qualified products.
(2)This product can not be used in the packaging and cooking packaging of food in direct contact.
(3)This product is a liquid ink. But need to increase the special resistance, the ink added curing agent 3%. Too much addition will affect occlusion resistance.
(4)According to the printing conditions, processing conditions, ink performance is also different. Please confirm before use.
(5)Please use it after shaking. The shelf life is one year.
