3,This machine is specially designed for the packing material of Nylon mesh, and this packing material isextracted from castor oil, so it is edible. And also this packing film have good perspectivity and water permeability, so that it can keep the original taste of the tea.
4,This machine has strong particular attention on the ultrasonic sealing system which has excellent performance makes the nylon bag sealing is very fine and beautiful. Ultrasonic sealing system is with cooling functions to prolong its usage life.

6, this machine uses high-precision of pulling film system, PLC, advanced touch-screen, automatic photo
Electricity tracked, PID and digital thermostatic control, etc which makes the operation of the machine very easy.
7,For the standard machine with volume cup system, we use 2 servo motors for
driving machine which meet with European standard, one is for feeding, and the other one is for controlling ultrasonic sealing, as we all know that servo motor is more easy to control speed and precise in angular measure, for example, you can adjust the angular slightly for changing speed. It makes machine running low noise, more stable, improve the packing speed to 60bags/minute.
8,This machine can use 120mm 140mm and 160mm wide nylon film, usually we select 140mm is OK. The each side length of bag by 140mm roller is 65mm, please see the picture.
9,Filling range of 140mm width film is about 12ml inside bag.
