Feature:
High strength,hardness,wear-resistance;
The hammer rod is processed with special heat treatment to ensure the breaker rod has enough hardness and toughness to extend its using life 10%-15% than normal drill rod.
Forging with high-quality alloy steel ingots makes the material density of the drill rod higher! In order to ensure the toughness of the drill rod, the raw materials are heat treated to further enhance the strength and hardness of the drill rod. The hardness of the hammer tip is about 55 degrees, the hardness of the flat pin is about 48 degrees, and the hardness of the tail is about 42 degrees. The segmented hardening makes the steel braze hard to break.
