1.Aluminum Truss use international standard aluminum alloy 6061-T6/ 6082-T6 material. With the advantages of beautiful appearance,small volume.easy to set up and transport. 2,A set of completed exhibition truss mainly include beam, pillar, top-peace, sleeve box,hoist, hinge, base and so on.
1) Beam: Beam's length and size are based on place and the weight of lights or audios.
3M is normal and easy to transport or enter into lift.
2) Pillar: The height of pillar is according to customer's requirements. The size is smaller than beam.
3) Top-section: It is effected by beam, and used for hanging the hoist.
4)Sleeve Block: The pillar is surrounded by sleeve block. Sleeve block make lifting the beam easier with wheels.
5) Hinge: It included in the pillar, the height normally is 1M.
6) base: There two kinds of base, one is with wheels and outriggers, one is aluminum plate.
7) Hoist: Use hoist can lift the beam up to a certain height. It include manual hoist and electric hoist
The step of installment for spigot roof truss
1.Put the basement in the proper position
2. Using pin and spring pin connect the hinge section into the basement.
3. Put the sleeve block into the hinge section
4. Connecting fixed beam truss in the sleeve block
5.Using pin and spring pin connect the pillar truss in the hinge section, and at the top of pillar truss connect the top-section, shown as the drawing.
6. Using motor or human power let the pillar truss stand and tie up the hinge section
7. Using roof accessories set up roof truss in the beam truss. Shown as the drawing.
8. Using aluminum single clamp and double clamp fix and connect roof brace single truss. Shown as the drawing.
9. Using the PVC awning cloth set up in the roof truss. Then using professional ropes fix up the awning cloth in the beam truss and roof truss. Shown as the drawing.
10. Using professional slings tie up the connector of beam truss and sleeve block. several person let the beam truss smoothly up about 1m height through chain hosit at the same time. And hang up the lights and sounds.
11. Then using the chain hosit let the beam truss up to the proper height as event needed.
12. Connect the sway brace between pillar truss and basement. Shown as the drawing.
