Principle
When the machine is running, the motor drives the belt pulley and the coupler; the counter shaft and the movable cone will do the cranking motion around a particular point so that the movable cone will repeat the process of approaching and leaving the concave, which continually compresses and bends the stones to realize the crushing function.
Features
1.The machine body is made of cast steel, and the heavily loading parts are reinforced by steel bars.
2.There are two roller bearings on the both ends of the driving shaft; the power is transmitted by the big bevel gear. And a skeleton-type seal ring is installed on the bearing pedestal to prevent the lubrication oil leaking.
3.The scraper seal is supported by the spring on the sphere pedestal, which could achieve the adjustment function.
4.PYF compound cone crusher uses spring to prevent the overload, which can ensure the smooth running.
