Product introduction
Explosion-proof diesel carry scraper is driven by the mine explosion-proof diesel engine and is a kind of dedicated underground mine vehicle which can run in explosive gas environment. It mainly used to install scraper middle troughs in both fully-mechanized coal mining and orthodox working face and it also can be used to carry explosion-proof motor and middle troughs. It has the advantages of low gravity center, stable running, convenient and rapid assembly and disassembly, fast transfer speed, good underground adaptability. It's equipped with many working devices, such as shoveling fork, work platform, winder mechanism, and roll-cable device, is an essential equipment in fully-mechanized mining.

Working device:
Shoveling fork
Shoveling capacity is 7000kg and 10000kg and the shoveling fork is mounted on monorails with dead bolts
Manipulator
It's mainly used to grab and install logs in withdrawing at the fully mechanized coal face, with the functions of swing around, lifting, rotating and telescopic and can grab log with 300mm maximum diameter.
Winder mechanism
Belt reel operates at single drum. Belt's width from 1200mm to 16500mm, single drum's maximum diameter is 2000mm.
Lifting device
Bracket crane's maximum load capacity is 2500kg, and the angle from the center line to the right or left is 45°.
Lifting platform
The working load limitation of the working platform is 3500kg and the platform is fitted with pilot control devices which control the lifting. Anti-skid plate, emergency exits.
Roll-cable device
It's driven by hydraulic motor, winding drum is convenient and rapid disassembled. Cable's diameter is from 10mm to 70mm.
