Brief Introduction:
The PPTD centrifuge is top discharging, hermetic closure type equipment. The material is fed into the drum through the feeding pipe on the heElectronic Tube & Transistor rmetic closure casing; under the action of the centrifuge force field, the liquid-phase passes through the filter medium and the discharged out of the machine, while the solid-phase material is retained inside the drum, after the machine is stopped, the maGift Box & Bag terial is discharged from the top. The centrifuge has such features as smooth running, easy & convenient operation as well as conducting feeding, washing and dehydrating under the state of hermetic closure, etc.Features:

Working Steps:
1.System loading: Placed thepre-loaded filter bag into the basket
2.Program Menu: The wash program Security & Protection is selected on the HMI, setthe RPM and cycle times deponds on the operator's specifications.
3.Fill: Alcohol is connected from source tank into the centrifuge through the top pipe.
4.The Wash cycle: The plant material uBreaker & Protector ndergoes a set number of bi-directional agitations
5.System Draining: After washing, manuallyopenthe outlet valve till the liquid drained. The alcohol wash can be collected for further processing.
6.Spin Dry Cycle: Press the 'Spin Dry' menu to start the drying cycle. The wet plant solid will be spun dry.
7.System Unloading: After completion of the 'Dry cycle', unload the filter bag out from the basket.
