High Quality FRP Conduit Pipe Fiber Pipe Fiberglass Pipe
The RTP pipe is a HP plastic composite pipe with three layers. Both the inner and outer layers are made of materials above PE80, while the intermediate layer is made of reinforced thermal composite strip.
CONNECTING
Project Advantage
1. Strong corrosion resistance: applicable to numerous corrosive media and various corrosive environments
2. High pressure Resistant; the maximum pressure can reach 32 MPa, and the pressure can reach above 100 MPa.
3. Temperature resistance and thermal insulation: the working temperature of RTP pipes is , which meets the temperature requirements for most occasions; under the temperature difference of 30ºC, the temperature drop per 100m is less than 1ºC
4. Strong transmission capability: since the inner walls are smooth without scaling and paraffinning, the flow resistance is low, thus significantly lowering the maintenance cost of transmission pipelines
5. Favorable suppleness and sound impact resistance; resistant to ground vehicle load, soil settlement, earthquake etc.
6. No thermal compensation for installation, thus reducing cost
7. Convenient construction; RTP pipelines can be rolled for construction just like cables, and 1~2 km of it can be laid per day
8. High tensile strength: during pipeline laying, it can with stand a maximum long-term tensile up to 5t, and a maximum instant tensile up to 10t
9. Less joints, high reliability and low costs; the length of a single pipeline can reach 150-400m
10. High cost performance: Comparing with carbon steel pipelines, more than 25% of the investment can be saved with RTP pipelines
11. Favorable sanitary properties; non-poisonous and not decomposing; environment-friendly materials, complying with the evaluation standards for safety of transmission equipment for drinking water as specified in GB/T 17219-1998
12. Long service life; conventional design service life of RTP pipelines is 20 years (>50 years at most)
