Zhongyi FRP Co., Ltd manufactures filament wound pipe, pipe fittings and flanges of different diameter in accordance with standards published by ASTM, ANSI, AWWA, ASME . Pipe, pipe fittings and flanges are manufactured from corrosion resistant epoxy vinyl ester, polyester, isophthalic resins.

Pipes & ducts
Pipes & ducts are manufactured using the "Dual helix" filament winding process on computer controlled machines. By adjusting the relative speed of mandrel rotation and glass distribution head movement, helical reinforced layers with different angles can be wound. In order to increase the pipe stiffness, especially on large diameter pipes, silica sand can be added to parallel layers of wall.

Nominal diameter
Nominal size of pipe and fitting is based on internal diameter. The range of available sizes is 10 to 4000 mm.

Nominal pressure classes
Pipes have a length of six meters up to ND150 and 12 meters for bigger diameters.

Fittings
A wide range of fittings as elbows, reducers, tees, caps, flanges etc. is available.
Fittings are manufactured by the hand lay-up, contact molding and spray-up process. In hand lay-up and contact molding processes veil and alternate layers of mat and woven roving saturated with resin are applied on the mold. In spray-up process continuous strand roving is fed through a chopper gun, combined with catalyzed resin, and sprayed onto the mould surface.

Prefabrication spools
Prefabricated spools save installation time as well as costs, freeing the designer from being limited to standard fittings and allowing junction sizes shapes to be specified and manufactured as a better alternative to a complex series of joints.


Made from the high quality corrosion resistant resin and continuous fiber winding without alkali, filament winding FRP pipe possesses the characteristics of lightness, high strength, distinguished corrosion resistance and expedient installation and maintenance etc., which were applied widely in the oil-field system of sewage treatment, electrical plant water circulation, water pipe with electric magma and projects of chemical engineering, metallurgy, and medicine processing etc.

The Filament Winding Potable Water FRP Pipe takes thermosetting resin as base body, take glass fibre and its products as reinforced material.The process of adding silicon sand will adopts the pheumatic control.In addition ,the high frequency vibrator will be used to densify the silicon sand-adding layer,which can large improve the compactness of the silicon sand-adding layer ,as a result,the ring stiffness of pipe will be also improved effectively and at same time,the phenomenon of dry yarn or no yarn will not exist .The usage of silicon sand-adding device and process can not only improve the quality of pipe a lot but also decrease the cost. Under such case,the products will be strongly competitive in the market.
