Mask Making Machine Description:
This production line is a fully automatic one-to-one mask machine, one body machine drives one earband machine. After the body machine outputs the mask body, the mask body sheet is conveyed to the ear belt machine by the conveyor belt structure. Subsequently, the earband machine completes the welding of the earband of the mask, thus completing the production of an earband mask product. This machine adopts PLC, touch screen control, the main conveyor belt adopts single-phase motor conveying, stepping motor flip, accurate transmission, stable control, and adjustable speed. Among them, the earband machine is controlled by 8 servo motors and runs at high speed, reaching a welding speed of 80 pieces per minute.

The face mask machine will finish all the processing from the feeding to nose-clip fixing, edge sealing,cutting the finished products automatically, complete line include 1 set mask making machine and 1 sets automatic ear loop welding machine.
