Film-forming mechanism
Part A and part B of the spraying quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating are sprayed through two nozzles in the airless spraying equipment respectively, and then sprayed to the base surface in fan-shaped high-speed spraying, atomization, cross collision and mixed spraying.Under the action of coagulant, the main agent destroys the charge stability of polymer emulsion and emulsified asphalt, causing it to break up quickly, salt out of water and condense into polymer film.

Product construction technology
The construction spraying of the product is completed by special spraying equipment. Under normal temperature, the two components of the product are respectively sprayed by two nozzles through the pipe to atomize and mix at high speed. Coating construction:
The distance between the spray gun and the base surface should be 600 ~ 800mm, and the coating thickness of 1.5mm ~ 2mm can be finished by cross spraying for 4 ~ 5 times.

Packing, transportation and storage
1. Packaging: the product shall be sealed with iron barrels with covers, and the packaging specifications are generally 5kg/ barrel, 10kg/ barrel and 20kg/ barrel.
2. Transportation and storage, different categories of products shall be packed separately, avoid sharp, close to the fire, to prevent the collision, pay attention to ventilation, storage temperature 0 ºC ~ 40 ºC. No diluents shall be added.
3. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is 6 months.
