Working principle:
Air-cooled water chillers and water-cooled water chillers are used for outdoor installation and operation. Air cooler is directly passed on by the air mechanically. The condenser coil of the machine directly expels heat and air cooling. Coolers are similar, except that they implement water mist from condenser coils to help the condenser cool down and make the machine cooler more efficient than traditional air. There are no remote cooling towers which usually need to be packaged with cooled air or refrigerators of these types.
Principle of water-cooled indirect cooling in electroplating industry:
The water in the bottom basin of the cooling tower is conveyed to the condenser of the water cooler through a water pump to cool the condenser. The water is cooled by the fan on the top of the cooling tower when it sprays down in the cooling tower, and then flows back to the bottom basin of the cooling tower, so it runs again and again. Condenser heat dissipation and refrigerant liquefaction inside, and then into the evaporator in the water tank for evaporation, and evaporation to absorb heat, thus cooling the water in the water tank, cooling the water through the pump to the heat exchanger (separated in the middle, side water, side sulfuric acid), and then through the heat transfer process on the sulfuric acid into. It's cooling down. It's a cycle like this. This product has the advantages of easy installation, long service life compared with direct freezing, acid and alkali is not easy to corrode water chillers.
Principle of water-cooled direct cooling refrigeration:
The water from the bottom basin of the cooling tower is conveyed to the condenser of the water cooler through a water pump to cool the condenser, and then flows back to the cooling tower for spraying and descending through the fan on the top of the cooling tower to cool the water and then flows back to the bottom basin of the cooling tower, thus running again and again. At the same time, the refrigerant inside the condenser is liquefied and then flowed into the evaporator to evaporate. When evaporating, the heat is absorbed, so the sulfuric acid in the evaporator (tank liquid) is cooled. After cooling, the sulfuric acid is transported to the electroplating (oxidation) tank through a water pump, which is a cycle process.
Direct refrigeration and indirect refrigeration of water chillers have the same effect, but it is obvious that direct refrigeration chillers are not safe as indirect refrigeration chillers, and the former equipment is easy to corrode, and its life is shorter than that of indirect refrigeration chillers. The price of direct refrigeration equipment is slightly advantageous, but the indirect refrigeration chiller is longer than the direct refrigeration chiller in terms of their service life. From this, the value of indirect refrigeration chiller can be calculated. This is also one of the development trends of environmental protection and energy saving chillers.
