In combination with the semi-automatic edge sealer and the KN95 earbands, the KN95 masks can be put into production quickly.

Roll Loading Section
The N95 mask is generally made up of 3-6 layers of fabric, each roll of fabric passes through the tensioning mechanism and then through the fabric roll support frame.

Nose Strip Loading
The nose line comes out of the tray, passes through the guide/drive mechanism (the tray is unpowered, the nose line is pulled forward by the drive mechanism); after coming out of the guide/drive mechanism, it passes through the feed channel and enters the feed box; after bringing the nose line into position, the rotating balance wheel just touches the cutter to cut the nose line, and then the loading mechanism pushes the nose line into the fabric

Mask Grain Welding

A top and bottom screw holds the slider in place; the middle spring is designed to automatically lift the embossed roller up when the top screw is loosened, and the pattern on the roller is pressed out of the outside of the N95 mask by an ultrasonic welding head and vibrator.

Coding

The roller has a protruding circle, which is used to cut out the hole where the respiratory valve is installed, and the cut waste is discharged through the hopper.
